Helpdesk Media was an independent Russian-language media and support project established in 2022 following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Between 2022 and 2024, its journalists collected some 500 firsthand testimonies from people affected by the war, documenting life under occupation, bombardment, displacement, captivity, loss, and political persecution. This archive preserves those testimonies—including original audio recordings, transcripts, photographs, and video—ensuring that this record of the war and its impact on civilians remains accessible for future research and public use.
